When I came to Burgundy the bartender suggest me to try their best cuisine cocktail in their hotel named is Chaipiroskha and this is Favorite Cocktail In Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta.
Chaipiroskha is not a long drink like Long Island Iced Tea, Singapore Sling or Pinacolada. Chaipiroskha has so unik taste. It's made by Vodka and some lemon mixed with mixed sugar. Taste is sweet, sour and little bit bitter make me so fresh. If you interesting with this cocktail you can make it in your home.
Chaipiroskha Ingredient :
- Chop of 5 Large lime green
- Mixed sugar ( 1 dinner spoon of brown sugar + 1/2 dinner spoon of white sugar)
- 75 ML Vodka (Absolute Vodka or Smirnov)
- Crushed Iced
Chops both lime green and mixed sugar before you pour 75 ML vodka and shake well
